Emu balm and detox foot pads

This was an experiment and I need longer on the pads than 10 days to assess. Bought them because a reviewer said they helped with sleep and I sorely need that. Not experienced success yet and am observing other possible changes such as a lightening of the purple and red thread veins that cover the arches and tops of my feet. Not sure how long to use patches for - herbalists often say do a protocol for 90 days before judging if t's efficacious. I used the travel emu balm on a walking holiday in Italy to help with my Achilles' tendon pain and found it beneficial so am trying it on things like my knee pain and thumb/finger joint pain. Again it's only been a week so too soon to judge but there are subtle suggestions it may be helping. Next I will experiment with the serum in place of moisturiser. Will also ask the company what their recommendations are for using foot pads beyond 10 days at a time.
